Every year Audi Spain makes a different motivation campaign for its employees and every year it’s based on a different concept. Football (soccer) league, F1 racing, 24 Heures du Mans, etc..
I’ve participated creating these campaigns since 2007, but in 2009 Audi wanted a cool campaign to keep up with the times and use the same campaign avery new year.
Then, we create an interactive portal where each employee in every department of every office, official Audi repair shop or Audi terminal dealerships can change his work results for points., weekly. This points can be exchanged for gifts. At the end of the year the winner department will be awarded with a trip.
